Introducing: NICA’s Guide to GRiT

Our latest online course is a guidebook for female recruitment and retention in mountain biking

Coaches, we are excited to announce the launch of our newest NICA course: the GRiT CEU!

Learn about girls’ experiences in our modern youth sports landscape, how to welcome (and retain) more girls and women in our NICA community, and how to cultivate and empower great leaders among girls and women in mountain biking.

This is a must-do course for any coach looking to continue to empower women and girls within their teams! 

You can complete this CEU by logging into Pit Zone and accessing the NICA Coach Education Center via the “Courses, Resources, & Benefits” button. Within the Education Center, scroll down to find the NICA GRiT CEU and complete the modules.

Two continuing education units will automatically be applied to Pit Zone for you when you complete the course.
