New On-the-Bike 101 Resources

NICA's On-the-Bike 101 Skills resources have been updated for 2023.

Great news for Level 2 and 3 NICA coaches: our On-the-Bike 101 skills resources not only have a new look, but updated and refined content.

NICA's coach education team has revised the On-the-Bike (OTB) 101 curriculum to be more concise, clear, and easy-to-use.

Check out the new OTB 101 Manual (found in Level 2 & 3 coach resources), and stay tuned for the new OTB 101 Field Guide. 

To access the new manual, Level 2 and 3 coaches who have completed the OTB 101 training can head over to Pit Zone, click the “Courses, Resources, & Benefits” button, and access their NICA Education Center. Resources are listed on the right side of the Education Center dashboard.
