Ask The Feed Anything Webinar
Join us on Thursday, August 8th at 3:00pm PST (6:00pm EST) for a foundational sports nutrition seminar, and learn how you can fuel to feel your best on every ride!
In this webinar, The Feed coaching team will share expert knowledge on fueling, hydration, and recovery. These three “pillars” of sports nutrition (fueling, hydration, and recovery) are key pieces of sport that are necessary for optimal performance and, when prioritized, can improve athletes’ experience training and racing. Learn how you can take care of your body to feel best whether you’re riding with friends, training, or racing. Get a sneak-preview of our topics here.
This webinar is open to coaches AND athletes and is led by Carson Beckett, who holds a BS in Exercise Science. Carson is a NICA alumni, professional off-road racer, and a member of The Feed’s High Performance Athlete and coaching team.
Submit your questions to The Feed coaching team for a Q&A at the end of the webinar.
